We understand the frustration in sourcing sites that can be developed into a Duplex. This involves researching the best funders for you, reviewing available options to optimise your purchase price, as well as putting in place financial safety nets. Once you are through this process you will be confident in exactly what you can afford and you will be pre-approved to purchase.
  2. Review pre-approved sites. Our site Buyer's Agent understands Council Requirements all over Sydney. He works with Duplex Australia when he has found a compliant site to work up an initial Feasibility Study. If the site won't pass banking requirements, it is not pre-aproved. If it won't deliver greater than 20% profit, it won't be approved - bottom line is it has to make you money otherwise it's a waste of everyone's time.
  3. Agree on the site and exchange. Then continue the journey to profits.
